hi there,


I've windows 7.0 with Betdifender internet Security 2010. my officejet wireless not working !!!


could any one help me how to add the port for my printer .


once i closed the bitdefender it is working. when i open the firewall it is not working!!!

    Hello flyer13,


    Please open BitDefender in Expert Mode, click on Firewall then select the Network tab in the upper menu. Click on the current "Network Type", pull down the drop-down menu and select "Trusted Local", Stealth to "No" and Generic to "Yes". In the Zones area please click on the "+" sign and add the IP address of the local device (wireless printer) that you are trying to connect to.


    Let us know if the same issue occurs after that.
