Bdis2010 Parental Control Went On After Update

As soon as bdis updated, parental control went on, all thought the setting are off, it still blocks some pages, which I have no idea why.

    Hello Silver Arc,


    First of all we recommend you to verify if you have created some Privancy Control rules. In order to check this please open BitDefender -> go to Settings, from the top right corner and Switch UI to Expert Mode. Go to the Privacy Control module and choose the Cookie and the ****** tabs. Here please look into the list and see if the links that you need to access exists. If you can see them and if are set on Deny please select one of them and go to the play sign (which can be found between the plus and the minus signs). From here you can change the Action into Allow.


    If the above steps do not solve the issue, please go to the Firewall module and choose Rules -> Advanced Settings. Here please choose the web browser that you are using and from the top right corner, please choose Move to Top and Close. From the Network tab please make sure that the settings for your Adapter are as follows:


    Trust Level: Trusted Local


    Stealth Mode: Remote


    Generic Profile: Yes


    Please let us know if the situation is fixed after following the above steps.
