You will need to burn the image bitdefender-rescue-cd.iso on a blank CD then use it to boot up your PC.

Okay, so it looks like what I previously downloaded to upgrade to IS 2011 (see my original post) is the complete download, and I can just copy to a CD.

Also, when I copy the link address and then paste it to a browser it takes me to the correct thread where the download links are.
