    First of all please do NOT create multiple topics on the same issue. Furthermore note that the average response time is 48 hours and I took your case exactly two days ago, with a last reply from you 11 hours ago so I do believe that we are in the decent time frame of providing you with an answer.


    I have a session scheduled for tonight (2:00 AM my time GMT+3). I would like to continue with your case after I will be done with the remote session, if that's OK with you. I have the phone number and the teamviewer details, please make sure you have the PC connected tonight, after 02:00 AM GMT+2 (Pacific Time is GMT -7).


    Please confirm via email if we can have the session tonight or set a time and date with at least 6 hours ahead so I can also make my schedule.

  • So whats the latest Dan, I emailed you an OK to run the teamviewer software and never heard from you that night. Apparently Prime09 on this forum has the exact same problem I do even after a clean install.
