Dear Sir,

when I chat with your indian partner www.unistal.com,nift solutions they suggest me to but their own custom product Protegent PC - Complete Desktop Security integrated with Bitdefender. I don't know about their product. They don't have Bitdefender Total security 2011. they said that you have to wait 10 day.

what can I do? Help me.

I also noticed that BitDefender Total Security 2011 is not available for sale at our local partner. Should you not be able to purchase from our Online Store, I will make further inquiries tomorrow.

I don't have credit cards and your payment options doesnot fullfill my requirement thats why I can not purchase online directly from your website. I have a State bank of India Account with netbanking.

Is there Netbanking options for Indian customer to buy online products?

It will be easy for them to pay. There must be a netbaking option for many Indian Customer.

I hope this will be implemented soon on bitdefender webpage.
