  • I too am experiencing this same/similar problem. BD will randomly shut down without providing any type of warning. The red icon in the quick launch tray turns grey and the program stops functioning until I restart. I am running Win 7 Ultimate, 32-bit with BD AV 2010 build 13.0.21.347. Chris
