  • need more info do you want to disable firewall or stop virus scans or not have bitdefender operational at all???
  • i would say its a ISP provider issue not bitdefender as this weather has put a huge strain on the system due to high usage demand and flood problems! sorry to hear about your inconvenience and wish you all the best! random user not from bitdefender!
  • and yes pc crashed i had to reinstall the app on windows 10 pc and now it wont work! it says its fully updated i have it set to check every hour! and still nothing! thank you in advance for your assistance! the rest of the program seems to be working!
  • windows this part dose not work it has little blue load wheel on mouse then nothing happens or pops up at all! even the drag to widget and scan is not working!
