  • I decided to do just that before you had a chance to get back to me, because it sounded like the program just wasn't working right. Updating the installation solved the issue, the update is running fine now. I'm not sure what happened but now everything is fine. Thanks for your help!!
  • I disabled Windows XP firewall and changed the primary update location and BitDefender still reports that there are no updates available. I find it strange that I followed the manual update instructions only a couple of hours ago yet my version is still incorrect.
  • I have BD Antivirus Plus 10. I added livesrv.exe to the windows firewall exceptions, but my BD did not notice any new updates. But it probably wouldn't because I just manually updated about 2 hours ago. There were no files with those extensions in any of those folders. Is my version listed in the first post up to date?
