I like Bit Defender but because of the horrific Premium VPN speed problem which every one seems to have, from what I read, and the help people say is normal, will switch to the competition when my contract expires. Last test: 325mp drops to 55mp

Just tested again Bitdefender speed - 324mb, Bitdefender with VPN - 55mp (Main Desk Top running Windows10) Similar drop with Android phone. Am I the only one with this problem?

Already been in touch with them oreviously and was given the answer below which is why I thought that some others comments might confirm that they are having the same problems and response that I was given Told me that the system is heavily loaded and that's the way it is !
