Depending on your version of bitdefender you have to go to the BD Central —> My devices —> Set administrator password. Only problem is, for some reason bitdefender removes the password on its own after some time, just like it used to do when the option was available at the settings tab. Yes that's it, I used to have Family Pack and switched to Small Office Security. Everything looks exactly the same, except for the password feature. Thank you @Scott and @Alexandru_BD for being so helpful.

I'm running Bitdefender Total Security Build: 27.0.38.163, same as Scott. Unistalling and reinstalling didn't fix the issue, the password option is still missing.
