Cris, I did not get any Ticket ID's. Any other suggestions? In response to Hemanth , I am trying to restore files and folders backed up by Bitdefender, not Bitdefender itself. Also, how do I check for a Scriptblocker in my browser (Firefox). It is installed with default settings.
