@GabrielST Am inteles, multumesc pentru informatii. O sa continui sa intreb colegii de ce e blocat jocul (sint sigur ca au avut motivele lor) si ce se poate face ca sa fie adaugat la exceptii. Revin cu amanunte pe masura ce le aflu.

I am sorry, my mistake. The registry key should be HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Bitdefender\Bitdefender Security App\BDAgent I forgot to specify it is the BDAgent subkey. Sorry about that.

Any time. I think Use Passive default setting that maybe should be set to ON by default instead of OFF, I will ask the team if is not better to use a conservative approach. Thank you for the feedback!

I can confirm there is already an issue in progress recorded in our development team. It will be addressed and hopefully fixed quickly. As soon as I have a confirmation from the dev+tests, a release date containing this fix can be estimated. For now all I know is that the issue is known and in progress.

It's not jammed. It might appear to be if a download got corrupted/timed out and needs restarted, low disk space or memory conditions and in general limit conditions Obviously I don't know if you did not really hit a bug, I cannot exclude that. Retrying usually solves a particular issue that might occur at some point.

In the cases when our driver (bdprivmon.sys) is blocking the access to the camera in Windows Camera App, it appears a message about lack of permissions, not an error regarding webcam does not exist.
