hi neil .. thanks for yur cooperation ... i have tried to start my PC in safe mode ... but my system is not allowing me to start in safe mode ... whenever i select SAFE MODE and click enter ... it again reboot and again the same sceen comes ... dont know why this is happening ... what shall i do ???? regards Sunny
