I agree I wish there was a icon always showing but there is not. You do not need to be sighed into your BD central you can check status by opening the app and checking your dash board, And your Web security tabs to make sure there green. Web security is the important one as it protects you wile on line.

Nothing is fixed... That is odd that it only effects some PC's and not all, is the spike always the same?

I just came upon this thread, I have two clients that are still using BDTS 2018(W7 and W8.1 & IE11) and they are not seeing this cpu spike with the current build. Build- 22.0.17.205 Engine Ver.- 7.74281

Anti virus plus is all you need, the other bloat you get with TS is just junk never works right and gives you nothing but head aches.

Log attached to my BD support center email and sent(correctly I hope) Ticket: 2017031418190001

Confirmed garioch the FP is still happening, I just noticed it coming from MBAM site. Strange, visiting the MBAM site on a android mobile with BD real time web shield on I get no phishing block notices.
-
It was a FP, I too submitted this an hour ago through a email ticket.

Be careful around here these type reply's one could get a warning for spamming Anyway I 100% totally agree, there should be a simple "off" button because even if you turn off all modules BD will still block applications AND system restore function, its ridiculous the calls I get on this issue. A work around can be found in…

I thought a fix would have been pushed out by now as I haven't checked for some time now, I was notified by one of my clients she is still having this issue, Have no choice to continue to wait then I guess.

Has anyone from BD even acknowledged this darn problem yet?????

I'm also having the same issue, every few minutes I'm getting this error!! What's going on BD???

-
Well a work around would be in the link below I don't think there's a better way to totally turn it off because even if you disable the modules in the UI it still will block programs from being installed. /index.php?/topic/74559-bitdefender-security-2017-temporary-turn-off/"…

Would you believe them if they tell you no? would that be good enough for you? I highly doubt it there is a room of techs sitting there checking in on ALL of BD subscribers traffic.
