  • Had to remove BD TS2018 (there seems no way to go back to v2017 which worked fine) as I do malware removal with this laptop and must access the internet. Have never heard back from support but it may have been their weekend when the report was sent to them via the Main Interface.

  • I had the same thing happen last year (2 separate subscriptions for Total Security) and contacting Customer Support directly (via email / through the product support option) solved the issue. They combined the subscriptions so no time was lost.
  • Privacy > Password Manager > Settings (gear symbol) > Plugins. There you can enable what browsers to use the Wallet with (it does require the plugin / extension to be installed in or added to the browser)..

  • This does not happen on my system. (Win7 Ult SP1 x32) That being said, I have noticed that there does seem to be a lot of issues with Win8.1 and security software (any vendor; it seems none have had a 100% success rate with Win8.1). Did you update (upgrade) from Win8 to Win8.1 with Bitdefender installed at the time?
  • The other two startup .exes SEEM to stay; turning Wallet on or off SEEMS to have no effect on these. Further testing should be done (closing browsers, rebooting, etc.). Will try and report back later.
