OK,I will edit the command. [Enter key] is the Enter button on your keyboard,not your BitDefender license key. i did that and it worked, but the activate button is still grayed out..

Make sure that you typed in the command with the correct spaces between words. Post a screenshot with the command prompt error. Here u go..

Ok, here is what i did: - Unistall Bitdefender 2010 - Run Bitdefender Uninstall Tool - Reboot - Fresh install of Bitdefender IS 2010 - New acount created with the correct e-mail (same registry key used). - Voilá Best regards. The bitdefender i have is only for one user.....will it work after uninstall??
