You might need to add some ports for that game to properly load. I'd suggest to contact the game's support site and ask them which ports should be needed to be opened.

AVG has this same behavior too. I would use CCleaner too. You can use their free version. It works!

That doesn't look like a MAC address to me. So my bet would be an IPV6 IP address, right now, we are still using IPV4.

That tracert is not causing the slow connection. You may need to check the logs to determine which packets are being filtered here.

Try opening tcp port 3389 for SonicWall NetExtender. Or you can use a software like Wireshark(free) to check out which port it is really using when trying to connect.
