I just went through those instructions step by step. safe mode - reboot - uninstall - downloaded and reinstalled from the link provided. Ran exe and it said it could not install because the previous program was not uninstalled properly. I downloaded the uninstall tool and ran it. rebooted before running exe so not sure…
