Hi SB, can you post a screen shot of network monitor that it's denied? From what I understand, when we say application, it connects to the internet using more than 1 IP address such as update servers, etc. It would also help if you can post what application this is and how you set the rule to deny the application.

This could possibly be a browser issue. I think I have seen this in the past the the browser is the cause. Can you try different browsers like FF and Chrome? Additionally, also make sure that it's the latest.
-
I'm glad that this is sorted out for you. As far as I can remember, AVG is one of those software that's tough to uninstall/take out.
-
Hi Raziel, you could probably try and disable stealth mode as mentioned below. http://7daystodie.com/forums/showthread.ph...i-cheat-Problem

Hi. I don't think they do. If you hit on "Buy" on a single product, you would see the list of payment options but unfortunately, it doesn't include that.

Hi Sid, there is another approach to this. Adding modules like this I think would only make the program less lightweight. But there are things that can be done like using your browser's default pop up block as an example. Kindly check the post below and I hope it would shed you some light on this.…

I know Bitdefender team is doing their best to fix this. If only they could give us a work around to disable the module that's causing this.
-
Thanks for the confirmation Pushkar, can you point us to a link please that states BD supports this? I can't find any online.
-
In addition, you can also go to Run - msconfig - startup tab. Find a BD module and try to disable modules one by one and see if it makes a difference. Let's just hope that that slow start up is caused by one of the modules.

I think that's basically the behavior. As seen below, it is the description at the user guide. Disabling auto pilot would make sense too, I think. Bitdefender Profiles assigns more system resources to the running applications by temporarily modifying protection settings and adjusting system configuration. Consequently, the…

Hi Wolf. Have you tried to check if there's a driver update at the Nvidia site? It might be worth the time checking it and see if it makes a difference.
-
but when I try it shows a lot of links and it makes it difficult to know which is the correct one to unblock Hi from what I know, it's blocked on per domain basis. Can you provide samples to this please?

I sometimes see a red-flag in the system tray and when I click on that I get to choose the windows updates to install automatically or manually. I always choose automatically, Hi. I think the icon with a red flag is Windows Action Center. Is the below icon the one that you're referring to?…

Not so fast guys, no points for a partial fix! rolleyes.gif I agree. Working on this is not a simple task. And it will also need time to test things out or there may be a lot of issues rather than a fix.

Hi. I hope this helps you out. Have you tried to create a firewall zone? See below. http://www.bitdefender.com/support/how-to-...-zone-1165.html

Very nicely said by Georgia. Everyone wants a one stop shop. So it would make sense if we use all BD features for convenience instead of using a third party install. That's just for me though.
-
Hi before drag and drop, should users go to extensions page first and uninstall the plugin? Or will drag and drop basically do the reinstall?
-
Good enough. I don't think all the features will work though since Windows 10 is in some way different with the current OS architecture wise. Good enough that they brought back the start button by the way.
-
Personally, I haven't seen this kind of behavior so far. But can you try a different browser and see if it behaves differently? You could also try to disable web protection just to isolate the issue.
-
There are probably modules that could cause some conflict here. Would be nice though if a staff could verify this.
-
Hi. Can you show a screen shot on a sample log from that IP? You can probably just block incoming connections only from that source IP Address. Guide below. Good luck testing. http://www.bitdefender.com/support/how-to-...-zone-1165.html
-
I'm highly doubt this. I just read somewhere that Microsoft would launch Windows 10 ahead, thus skipping Windows 9. Unless their plan will change though.
-
This is probably just a false postive. Explorer.exe is a verified Windows Component.
-
Hi. Have you tried plugging in your USB to a different computer to see if you're getting the same issue?
-
Here's a a guide that I found for you. Hope this works. To turn on or off automatic update, follow these steps: 1. Open the Bitdefender window. 2. Click the icon at the top of the window and select General Settings from the drop-down menu. 3. In the General Settings window, select the Update tab. Keeping Bitdefender…

I also don't find any further information about the Tracker Identifier but I found this at Mozilla page. Tracker Revealer: Trackers are code snippets included in web site pages to track and analyze your browsing behavior. TrafficLight quickly identifies and lists them.

Windows RT I believe is for a mobile device. I think this should be posted on Mobile category.
-
This also confused me. May a minor bug and hopefully it gets corrected onto the next version update?
-
Thanks for confirming this Georgia. I'd understand too. Windows 10 is just a preview and it wouldn't make sense exerting time and effort to make a version compatible with it "yet".
-
Proper actions will be taken automatically for each case and an answer will be provided via email as soon as possible (depending on the number of samples or complexity) Hi, that's a post from Christian. I suggest just make sure you got yours updated constantly. I mean the version.
