Finaly got a respons back and they are checking if the money was send back yet. I'm still woried because it took way to long for them to respond back.

Just noticed my first mail was with eptinum they did say they gonna refund me asked bank details but that was 16 day's ago now still haven't received my money back. Their also no ticket id or anything and they dont respond back at all.

now its been like an hour or longer still no respons from bitdefender eptimum.

the funny thing is when i go to my bitdefender acount and click contact it sends me to the wrong site...........
