Hola que tal yo acabo de adquirir el total security 2016 en la tienda office depot y me encuentro con el mismo problema, la clave que aparece es de 20 digitos y cuando la quiero activar dice quee solo son 7-10 caracteres. Ya te dieron solucion a ti amigo?
