Just add, that the when bitdefender is installed the camera does not appear in device manager. When bitdefender is removed the camera appears in device manager

Nope, does not work for me. I have added application to "white list" they still can't see the camera. I tried to disable webcam protection and the applications still can't see my camera. If I remove bitdefender then the applications can access the web cam
