Hello, Thank you for your feedback. The Home Scanner tries to identify the devices are correct as possible. If that is not possible it will identify them by their IP/MAC address.

Hello, Please try creating a new profile for Firefox and see if the issue persists. - right click on the Windows logo on the taskbar - click on Command Prompt (Admin) - type in the command start firefox -p and hit enter. - click on the Create Profile button and follow the on screen instructions.

Hello, This is a known issue and we are currently working on resolving it. It is a visual glitch, reported only by the tray icon and widget. There is no need to reinstall the application, if you open the main interface you will notice the product is functioning properly. The fix will be delivered via automatic updates.

Hello, Windows Defender gets disabled by the Windows Security Center automatically upon the installation of 3rd party security software. There are some reports that Windows Defender refuses to disable itself automatically when other security software is installed. I would suggest a reinstall.
