I also had this problem. Upon investigation I found that one of the PC's had the firewall set to Public. Setting this to Home/Office or trusted solved the problem. Open Bitdefender On Firewall click on Manage adapters. Change network type to Home/Office or Trusted. May need to be done on both machines.
