Hi Nesivos, Great news! A person doesn't hear compliments too often on a support forum. Especially where support has pulled a disappearing act. Bitdefender is a great product. It has been my antivirus of choice for the last 6 years. BD Antivirus Plus works excellent, too.

What extensions do you use in Firefox? You could try disabling one at a time to see if there is a conflict. Also, you could try turning off the options one at a time in the Bitdefender toolbar (Trafficlight) to see if this will help narrow it down. I would think Bitdefender would check the registry here. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall As mentioned above, check for Adaware or Lavasoft.
