Hello, u sure everything's in order with those sites? Why are you suggesting Bitdefender is at fault here, as I could not open them in a machine without antivirus installed. Seems they are just down. In any case, @Scott 's suggestions are the way forward. Mike

Hello @Murray and welcome to our Community! Besides the good advices from @Gjoksi , I want to ask you: where exactly have been getting the timeouts? Leave a link here, please. thx, Mike

@Nunzio d'Abbruzzo I clear remember your upset from the moment we discontinued the old AVFree. We're actually glad there are power users such as yourself who choose the free version of Bitdefender. Maybe if you have 2 machines, you may choose to have the free version on one, the full on the other. Black Friday is soon to…

Hello @Joseph using BitDefender2 . Nice question, we never had this before :) That's a stylized wolf. Its design was made some 10 years ago by a local brand agency called Brandient. It's one of (if not THE) best brand building agencies in Romania. Regarding the wolf itself, (not actually a wolf, as you'll see) , it goes…

Great point. Which is why I'm stubbornly still using Windows 7 Ultimate on my home media PC, as my ancient configuration built on LGA775, with a quad intel 6600 and 8 GB of Ram accommodates , without sweating just a bit, everything that I need and runs absolutely flawless (w7, office, BD + VPN, a plethora of games, from…

Hi everyone, we're watching this closely and pushing for a fix with the engineering team.
-
Hi again @ArchyDice . Man, are you followed by issues 😑...I'm really sorry you're experiencing what you're experiencing, been there myself in the past. I was debating with @Alexandru_BD on your issues. At this point, connecting with Support and requesting a remote session with the engineering team is the most you can do.…
