Anyone has issues with the bitdefender optimizer which is total garbage application, I've been dealing with support chat, on the phone and by emails countless time for 5 days, even with their technical engineer to no avail???

My problem was and still is today with their optimizer application that has 241 unsolved issues that Bitdefender are unable to fix, even after following their directives to the letter, uninstalling, reinstalling, over and over with a new installation on my pc, it still shoes 241 unsolved issues therefore putting my pc at high risk of infection or malwares, etc...

This morning I've been told by one of their tech expert that they will escalate this again, I start to feel like a ping pong ball, bounce around and around without any results or real fixes that actually work. Another bitdefender engineer suppose to get in touch with me in the following days to try to look for a different approach in fixing my 241 unresolved issues.

Unless bitdefender comes with real cncrete solution I will not renew a subscription with them and look for a security software that actually work 100%. I am giving them one more chance to fix my issues before I right a very bad review to this security software company.
