I hope this new build fixes the incompatibility between BD 2016 and MBAM. What incompatibility's are you having? I've been running the two side by side in real time for years no issues.

Don't forget that BD's AV cloud services and heuristic/behavior processes are still active regardless of up-to-date signatures. vsserve.exe was querying Nimbus servers and AVC components remained active in running processes (I checked). I don't use it, but I believe the Ransomware Protection works without signatures.…

I am having the same problem,also Intrusion Detection will not stay on. I am running B.D. 2016, having upgraded as per B.D. instructions to solve this problem. I have Win7 Ultimate installed on my P.C. I fixed my problem I hope this will help you. Do a repair and it should help, I did that and all is well now.

Still no luck I tried a few combinations of activating another Pc to no luck, everything goes fine up to the part where I need to log onto BD central from the GUI to activate my subscription I then type my email and password in and I get this "unexpected error" message, can someone from BD please advise how to properly…

On the first PC I installed it on I do see it says 1/3,, so I know the key is good for 3 Pcs

That is what I did. Uninstall with the BD tool, downloaded 2016 and activated it with my license key. You will have to set up Bitdefender Central. Tried as usual, im having a nightmare of a time setting up an account and then it doesn't accept the log in's

Do we have too set up an account to upgrade to 2016? I would rather not. Or can we just uninstall 2015 install 2016 and inter our active key?

You can select send to quarantine, There is that option.

Depending on how many files your system has that will impact scan times. Mine takes over 1 hour to complete.

can you perhaps tell us how to prevent bitdefender from automatically deleting files even though we have them as a exclusion? Did you try selecting "move files to quarantine"?

Yes they continue to do very well on tests, they just need to step up there customer service and they will be an outstanding company.

As Ro stated click on the little number inside the widget, then it will bring you to the events screen click on the event option drop down list and the problem area will be in bold click on that and you will see the problem.

As Ro stated no you don't you can install them when ever, but once you activate it on one PC it starts the count down on all 3 licenses.

Hi, yes all is well now and there is no conflict with anything, everything is running smoothly I'm using windows FW as BD AVP has no fire wall.

Have you tried uninstalling, reboot then reinstall? do you realize there is a full functioning free trial version of IS available for 9 months?
