  • What version is it exactly you are working with? Antivirus 2008 I used the repair option and after a re-install it fixed all. Thanks for the help.

  • Unfortunately, for some reason the CD I could find would not let me boot off it. It may have not been a bootable CD or corrupt. I had to "borrow" another CD which I'm guessing had a different version since it wouldn't allow me any recovery option.

  • Mersi frumos. De pe cum poti vedea, nu prea am experienta cu forumul asta, si nu am stiut ca numai Analistii au acces. Am rezolvat problema dupa ce am instalat inca o versiune de Windows separata ca sa pot sa accesez fisierele dupa HDD fara sa am infectiile in memorie.

  • I finally managed to delete the file. I ended up having to install a 2nd Windows just to allow me to browse the HDD files without loading the infected DLLs into memory.
