The issue has been already fixed and it will appear on the next update.

Seems these are new issues to investigate. Forwarded to the appropriate colleagues. About the settings not persisting, I know it was fixed, but perhaps is something specific to AV Free - asked the team to try to reproduce and come back with an answer.
-
The settings not persisted across restarts (and therefore silencing the notifications were affected) is now fixed and it should be on the last update.
-
Simply, looks like a bug. I don't know in particular this initialization code, but it looks something is not reading status/initialization properly aand the interface remains in a pending state. Forwarded to the appropriate guys right now.

Not yet. I forwarded to the appropriate guys at that time, and AFAIK it is scheduled in the future. But I don't know exactly when, I just sent a new email asking for an update.

-
I am not aware of such an issue. Support/QA should verify the issue and come back if they confirm the issue (or not).

Password Manager supports Name, Address and various other fields. Is it a specific website address on which this is not working for you?
-
Forwarded to the guys knowing more than me (I don't know the inner workings). As soon as I have news we will get back.

A short preamble: the usual desktop (aptly named "Default") is the one running all the user applications, explorer, settings etc. Safepay creates a separate, more secure one, switches to the secure desktop, and runs inside it. What is probably happening here is a switch back from the secure desktop to the default desktop…

Not all Chromium based browsers are equal. Edge at a time could not install Google store extensions, only their own. And even if the base technology is the same, there are enough differences to prevent a one-size-fits-all approach. About TrafficLight, this is an old technology (and in another team either), I do not know…

I know about the feature release, but not the details.
-
I was not aware of this. Forwarded to the dev and test team to try to reproduce with full logs, maybe we can pinpoint the issue without more details.
-
That is next on the list: optimization. While we might not cover all the case on the first try, I will be personally involved in this and I am positive we can improve, even if we will need several iterations.

Trust me, we are not happy with this either. The main troubles are the fact we cannot reproduce that consumption. And comparison with another product is not always a straightforward task, although, obviously, it does matter. There are products and suites, one with 3-4 features cannot compare fairly with another having 10…

uBlock-like extensions is a sensitive topic, especially with the new Chrome V3 manifest (and not only) which changed the whole game. Also, this is not anymore a security feature, and one ad-using company can object to blocking of their ads on a website - although annyoing for some users, they are not considered (unless…

Received. Some of them exists already in the product, albeit in different forms (application updates, OneClick cleanup; Antitracker exists but it seems it does not exactly overlap; about ID theft I cannot say, it is not a feature I know). I particularily like the disk health feature, which is definitely something we should…

I can confirm the fix has not made it into the last update, but it will be included in the next one. My estimation is this will be live around the next Thursday (if we do not discover some last minute things to go into that might delay).
-
True. I will still prefer to check for the entire update to reach market and make sure the update arrives. The issue I fixed was that after a restart the settings related to Safepay did not properly propagate across session, maybe after a restart it will manifest again unless the update scheduled these days arrives and…

Super. Just in case, if something similar resurfaces (although it should not), please place a forum message and mention @camarie so I can be notified and check quickly.
-
A similar issue has been reported and fixed, and it should be released these days.
-
Like I said, I proposed this to the team. I understand your points, and they look right to me (minus the part with insulting - for sure this was not the intention). Will get back as soon as I have news.
-
Just fired a shot into the team direction to see directly what everyone thinks. But consider there are multiple notification types: static/informative, as in "already happened", such a threat detected (but with a quirk): this has already happened, so the user can read what happened later. The quirk is what if the user must…
-
Yes, most likely the option should activated/reset by hand.
-
It seems the option is present in Antivirus -> Manager Scans -> Post Scan Actions.
-
Proposed the idea to the team. Let's see what the results are on this idea.
