Is it possible to use an "internet security suite" licence code for an "antivirus plus" product?

Noone experience similar problems? perhaps with other outlook versions? I Further deactivated anything that would be connected to this erratic situation in Outlook (like "checking SSL connections") but I still have the same problem.

I thought that BD is a serious product, with serious support. It is quite dissapointing to discover that, instead of a technical support, I am pushed through the usual unpleasant selling strategies. I've solved the matter myself, in the meantime, but I think I won't share it here.
