I had bought defender a few days ago, but i was not satisfied with the product. I had requested a refund for bitdefender total security and emailed them three times. Unfortuantely, I did not have a response. I would like to have a refund immedialety or I will initiate a complaint against the company and try to get a chargeback from my bank.
