  • Problem solved. Softwin have contacted by email and are issuing a refund. What you had me do did improve things somewhat with reduced messages that Bit Defender had stopped working but not entirely. Thanks for your help. 3DKiwi
  • Hi Niels. Thanks for your help. I'm running build 247. Just done what you've suggested. I'll see how things go. Yes I've had problems with other programs and Vista this year but generally the software developer has by now provided an updated version to work on Vista. Cheers 3DKiwi
  • Thanks for the reply. I've seen these. Neither gives any information to stop the warning message popping up. It's also been a while since Bit Defender gave the official announcement about Vista compatibility. Some sort of update of progress seems long overdue. Wonder if I can get my money back? I doubt it.
