problem's solved. i did it using unregistering and registering the bdshellext.dll BD context menu came back.

hi.. same here but in windows 7 Enterprise x86 . however, i updated both product and database last night but still seeing the 16.16.0.1348 in "About" i also restarted the computer after the successful update. regards. Amin

hi. first you need to boot to safe mode. then use CCleaner to access the startup registry entries , CClenaer>>tools section>>Startup . and simply right-click on Bdagent and choose "Disable" then boot up to normal mode. BD would not be loaded and correspondingly all guards would be disabled. regards, Amin
