• Romehow, I had a router setting that didn't allow me to open the port, altough I was connectable until BIS 2016. Re-checked my portforward settings and solved the problem! Thanks all for support

• no problems with utorrent seems like I need to switch back to utorrent 2.21 or BIS 2015
