OK I finally got it working but I had to reset Windows because nothing worked for me, After that, I was able to reinstall Bitdefender and everything is working now thanks for your help

ah yes you are right thanks but I still have issues, i enabled the firewall but it just disabled again, rebooted, and the same thing, Should I reinstall it?
