Good day, I used your Safe Lock system on my Toshiba Satellite P755–S5265 system but now the keyboard does not respond and the Caps Lock and Num Lock keys are flashing. I have Windows 8.1 Professional. I would appreciate your urgent response as this is my work computer Thank you
