  • Had this problem for a couple of months, rebooting seems the only way to get the icon to load, tried reinstalling problem still there. Even when it does load at start up it can take ages to show. Only have the problem with XP, have another PC with Vista thats ok. Software works ok without the icon so I will live with it…
  • Just to bring this problem up to date, Have been contacted by Bitdefender support twice they were unable to solve the problem but recogmended a workround using MS Outlook to create a new mail rule to filter all tagged spams to the Delete folder, This has worked.
