If you look through these forums you will notice that no one gets a response from bitdefender no matter what the question. They must surely have the worse couldn't-care-less attitude of any company. Put down your coffee bitdefender staff and start seeing to those that are paying your wages.

Well they don't seem to be very interested in their customers as they haven't replied to you and this was posted in January. Maybe time to move to McAfee or Norton
