Why for god sake does BD force 2FA for customer accounts that did not ask for 2FA. At this very moment i have one customer who cannot login because the 2FA e-mail is not sent by BD... Please BD, leave the desicion to enable 2FA to the customer!!!

Central UI has been updated. Last week the renew option has been added to the new web interface.

And again i had to create two tickets for different customers: 1005446476 and 1005453982.

Just talked to BD support and they are escalating this BD Central issue with high priority to the developers.

Thank Flex, This thread was more or less meant as a warning for BD devs to check this false positive with Rushfiles. Not intended as a question for support. Don't have the logfiles available either. Hoping BD devs would check this community... Kind regards, Benny.
