My current solution was to: Disable BD Reinstall FF Open FF Enable BD once firefox is running BD doesnt affect it its just when you try to open it so leaving a window open allows you to use it freely.

I am currently still hvaing the issue with firefox have updated and rebooted still deletes the file whenever i try to reinstall
