I have tried several different combinations of answers to the first three levels of your alleged support process. Every time I try, at the third question the system goes into a loop of some kind, I see 3 balls rotating horizontally for as long as I can stay awake. the process never offers e mail, chat, or phone support.

Your system is broken. I paid for Box & two subscriptions, total protection, & vpn, they worked fine for a few years, so I had no reason to ask for support. now I need help, and bitdefender has completely hidden any meaningful method of getting support. What a rip off!!!
