  • Hi lknig1, First do you have to enter a password to logon to windows? If you do does the password dots show up and stay there when you press the enter key? When I logon that is what happens. My pc sits at that point for about 5 minutes or so, then it says "loading user settings", and sits there for another 5 - 10 minutes…
  • I have also experienced somewhat long delays with Firefox, usually at a point when it is trying to access the internet. My delays are more like 60 - 90 seconds. During the delays, Firefox is completely frozen with no response to mouse nor keyboard. Also at times explorer seems to freeze as well, were the task bar won't…
  • Alex, After I left the last reply, I looked again and did see a buy button and hit it, but nothing happened. I then realized that Firefox was already open, but BDTS 2010 wasn't able or just wasn't openning a new tab or window. After I closed Firefox completely and hit the BUY button it did work. Thanks for your assistance.…

Also your system will be slower with BDTS because of the checking it has to do to insure your system is kept safe.…
  • I am a new BDTS 2010 user and have had very few issues with BD. The installation went well and the product works well for me. However I will state that I keep my system very clean. I don't install anything out of the ordinary. I have very few and only the necessary TSR programs. The more complex you environment the more…
  • Hi Rpareja, Please post a pic of the rules tab. It sounds like the port that realVNC uses is still blocked by BD. Have you tried port 5800 instead. You can change the port that RealVNC uses and it may not be what you think it is. You don't have another firewall program running do you? BrianNetAdmin
  • This Reply is in response to Gene's and Leighton's problem. Leighton, I am running BD total security 2010 Ver. 13.0.15.297 along with SuperAntiSpyware Ver. 4.27.1002, Malware Defender 2.3.2, and Zone Alarm Ver. 8.0.298.000. So far I have had no problems except BD will not use my default browser (Firefox 3.5.2) but instead…
