  • okay, the only option that it will let me do is to clear cache, wont let me tick on the clear data, I am running android 6.0.1 if this helps any.. okay I got it now, had to go to security and uncheck bitdefender as a admin, then went back tru the steps you posted, was able to tick on clear data..
