Additional Info - Have cleared spooler using HP Print & Scan Doctor and Windows Troubleshooter with slightly different results, but no permanent fix. Anyone else having similar issue or know how to exclude printer operations?

Found another workaround for Youtube on a similar thread on this site, "Bitdefender Free blocking youtube videos?". Chrome extension - UltraSurf. Can now watch Youtube videos.
