When the automatic profiles are on or only the work profile is on, the “alert mode” is disabled and cannot be turned on manually. I turned off the profiles completely and the problem seems to be solved. Thank you for your help. I think it could be added as an option that "alert mode" is still on when profiles are open.

According to my observations, the alarm mode turns off when a game is opened. The alarm mode also turns off when Photoshop is opened. On top of that, you cannot manually turn the alarm mode on while the game or Photoshop is open, it will not work. It will only work if you close the game or Photoshop.
