I've deleted all references to Symantec & Kaspersky, including registry entries. I'm also getting the video lag on youtube(Flash) videos mentioned elsewhere.

The only Norton product would likely have been the free version pre loaded when my laptop was delivered 4/5 years ago & long since uninstalled. (not completely obviously) Version: English Not sure on the exact file name. The file I downloaded was bitdefender_antivirus_2012.exe Thanks.
