  • Just purchased. Having this problem on my very first scan attempt. Mac OS 10.15.7 (19H114). Gets stuck on a file in: Users/UserName/Applicati...ts/Resources/SamsungPortableSSDMon (disk) 1793 Files scanned 1 Detected 0 Resolved Please advise.
