  • Hi, I am having the same issue. USB mass storage with error code 38 when resuming from sleep. Was looking online for a solution, uninstall driver, reinstall driver, reboot. Works until next sleep. Then I stumbled on multiple posts where the solution is to uninstall BitDefender Free.
