The "Password Reset Tool" wasn't working for me so the customer support person asked me to do a Registry tweak in Safe Mode. He sent me step wise guide to do that in Windows computer. And Bingo..!!! This solved the issue.

Can I try guessing my password unlimited no. of times in a go? Or there is a limit to that?
